An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Advisor to provide exceptional support and help to deliver a people-centric service to colleagues across the organisation.
Working within the People & Culture Team, you will support the People Business Partners by providing professional, customer-focused, and pragmatic generalist people advice and guidance to colleagues, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
You will proactively and reactively advise and coach managers and supervisors on all matters of Employee Relations, encouraging ownership while remaining supportive and approachable. With a passion for HR, you will support policy reviews and ensure continuous improvement of the service, maintaining industry knowledge to adapt to new changes.
Previous experience in a people department is essential, coupled with good knowledge of HR best practices and employment law. You should be able to create an immediate, polite, positive, and credible impression on others, remaining calm in challenging situations. With a confident approach, you will inspire others by treating all individuals fairly and consistently. You should feel comfortable taking the initiative and managing your time and tasks effectively to achieve objectives.
