AT Management (ATM) is an established contact centre which provides Customer Service/Sales solutions for major companies across the UK. About the Role

Due to significant growth, we are recruiting outstanding individuals to join our existing who make and receive calls in our Leicester office. You will be office-based and we'll provide you with full training to ensure you've got all the tools for success. We are offering a competitive basic salary, incentives and an amazing team culture in a fresh and thriving environment.

After completing our comprehensive training programme, you will be able to:

* Book and reschedule customers appointments via telephone and deal with Customer queries
* Contact customers regarding their appointments
* Take ownership of each and every call to maximise opportunity whilst maintaining a positive customer experience
* Update databases with customer details
* Meet or exceed monthly call and quality performance goals

About You

This position is open to all Whether you are experienced, looking for a new venture or you're looking to kick start your career, all we ask is that you bring your A-game We will train and develop you through a comprehensive training programme before you start speaking to customers to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
