What You’ll DoAs a Pastoral Manager, you’ll be a trusted guide and advocate for students, helping them navigate school life and beyond. Your role will include:
1. Designing and leading meaningful pastoral care programmes
2. Offering one-to-one support for students facing emotional, social, or academic challenges
3. Working closely with teachers, families, and external agencies to provide wraparound care
4. Monitoring student well-being and implementing timely interventions
5. Leading workshops that build confidence, resilience, and life skills
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re searching forpassionate, proactive individuals who bring:
6. Qualifications in education, counselling, youth work, or a related field
7. Experience in a pastoral or student support role
8. Strongmunication and relationship-building skills
9. A deep understanding of safeguarding and child protection
10. A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
