Project Manager (Residential) - West London - Immediate Start
A Project Manager is required to oversee a large new build residential building in West London. The scheme is currently at PCSA stage and consists of 200+ RC frame units.
This is a logistically challenging site close to a busy railway line and several other large construction projects. Candidates ideally will come from a civil engineering, trades or construction management background and have managed on projects of a similar calibre to this.
The successful Project Manager will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is a temp to perm role for a minimum of 12 months or until the completion of the project in Summer 2028. Role/duties:
* Ensure smooth construction process including
* Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors
* Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
