Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Recovery Worker, you will be a key player in supporting a caseload of service users. Your responsibilities will include:
* Helping clients set and achieve their treatment goals.
* Maintaining regular contact and providing advice, information, and psycho-social interventions.
* Conducting assessments and risk management planning.
* Collaborating closely with clinical staff and partner agencies.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?
Previous experience as a Recovery Worker is essential.
You should have a solid understanding of substance and alcohol use, along with the challenges faced by individuals on their recovery journey. We also welcome candidates with transferable skills from mental health, housing, or other health and social care backgrounds. Key qualities we’re looking for include:
* Flexibility and the ability to work dynamically, both one-on-one and in group settings.
* Knowledge of relapse and barriers to recovery.
* Excellent communication skills and alignment with our organizational values.
We value creativity and initiative, and your ideas will be heard! You’ll receive extensive training to develop your skills and stay updated on the latest developments in the field, driving service improvement.
