This is an exciting new role to provide support for the school’s fundraising, alumni relationships and school communications activities including maintaining donor databases, supporting events and supporting preparation of newsletters and social media posts.
You will work closely with the Director of Engagement (with dotted line to Marketing and Communications Manager) to support the delivery of the development and marketing strategies.
This role is term time only plus 3 weeks in school holidays and will require some evening working for events (for which time in lieu will be given).
What you will be doing:
* Carrying out administrative duties for and supporting on delivery of alumni and development events
* Supporting on content creation for social media and newsletters
* Supporting on communications and marketing activity
* Supporting on the project management and delivery of the 11+Familiarisation Exams
* Coordinating input of school staff and departments
* Liaising with staff, parents, students and suppliers
You will have:
* A foundational understanding of marketing and events principles
* Proficiency in basic design software, social media platforms and ICT
* Good Organisation Experience
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
