The Role
As a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons and interventions
* Work with students who may need additional behavioural or emotional support
* Use coaching and mentoring skills to build positive relationships
* Help students stay engaged, focused, and motivated in lessons
* Support PE lessons, extracurricular activities, and wider school life
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff throughout the school day
