About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to deliver high-impact HR & Payroll transformation projects. You will be leading end-to-end delivery, ensuring successful outcomes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a hands-on delivery role where your ability to manage complex projects, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive solutions to completion will be key.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of HR & Payroll transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
* Oversee multiple workstreams, managing risks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
* Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and delivery of agreed outcomes.
* Act as the primary point of contact for project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
* Ensure robust project documentation, change management, and post-implementation review processes.
* Identify and resolve delivery issues proactively, maintaining project momentum.
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager delivering HRIS, HR, or Payroll transformation projects.
* Experience with one or more HR/Payroll platforms: Workday, SAP HR, ResourceLink, Oracle HCM, UKG, MHR, ADP, SD Works, Dayforce.
* Strong delivery skills – able to take ownership and drive projects to completion in challenging environments.
* Experience working with mid-market or non-Tier 1 clients (not solely large enterprise).
* Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams effectively.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Background in HRIS implementation and integration projects.
* Familiarity with HR & Payroll compliance and best practice.
* Consulting experience, ideally with exposure to multiple sectors.
