University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust
Occupational Therapist, CINSS
The closing date is 30 November 2025
Do you have the passion to make a difference to people's lives following a neurological event?
The expanding Coventry Community Neuro and Stroke Rehab Services (CINSS) are looking for a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join their interdisciplinary team. This part‑time role (30 hrs) offers an opportunity to consolidate and develop neurological and wider clinical skills, and to be part of quality improvement projects and service developments, working closely with other Occupational Therapists and the wider team.
We support the timely discharge of patients from hospital who have ongoing rehabilitation or neuro‑management needs following a new or worsening presentation of a neurological condition, both stroke and non‑stroke. The team works collaboratively with acute services, rehabilitation, community networks and third‑sector services to deliver a patient‑centred, goal‑focused approach to rehabilitation. Our team is an integral part of the stroke pathway and may offer rotations across the pathway in the future.
If you are a compassionate, dedicated team player and are motivated by meaningful, holistic rehabilitation centred around patient goals and their life roles, please get in touch and help us to continue to make a real difference.

Your development will be supported through appraisal, one‑to‑one and group clinical supervision.
The successful candidate will have evidence of postgraduate experience and sound clinical reasoning and will be committed to providing high standards of care.
Car driver and the ability to use a car for work essential.
