About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Support Worker (Nights) to join our team at Acacia Hall, Lincoln. As a Senior Support Worker you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives.
Key responsibilities
 * Support day‑to‑day living and personal goals.
 * Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals and appointments.
 * Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
 * Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
Pay & Progression
Clear progression through our competency framework: Level 1 £14.24, Level 2 £15.23, Level 3 £16.30.
