The Role
A key role for the future development of Performance Films in the region. We seek an individual with the skills, experience and knowledge to play a critical role in the development and execution of our business strategy at Dealership & Installers of film level for the Llumar & SunTek brand in UK & Ireland.
Approximately 75% travel within the UK & Ireland is required for this role.
Responsibilities
* Develop and grow profitable sales of LLumar branded PPF and WF to installers & channel partners in accordance with agreed budgets.
* Effectively and pro-actively manage & build a loyal network of professional installers (Key accounts) of film across the UK
* Develop clear territory and key market strategies for automotive Window film and PPF.
* Monitor market and competitor activity and report insights internally.
* Use effective techniques to protect and close new businesses, ensuring sales order values meet sales budget targets
* Use Opportunity Management process to effectively prioritize, track and win sales opportunities
* Create and maintain Territory Management Plan to ensure maximum business growth from the sales territory
* Cultivate a network of relationships within the customer organization, beyond procurement (e.g., Operations, Technology, Senior Leadership, Marketing, etc.)
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or strong commercial experience including sales.
* High level of self‑organization, drive for results and leading without authority.
* Generate and develop sales leads within the sales territory to find new opportunities and achieve sales goals
* Proactively develop and document appropriate level of account plans for accounts within territory
* Ensure opportunities have the required resources to enable timely funnel progression
* Utilizes consultative selling skills to effectively communicate and capture value
* Develop market / customer insight and identify growth opportunities via customer and territory analysis and collaboration with internal / external partners
* Forecast based on customer insights, market insights, and opportunity progression to provide monthly volume guidance
* Negotiate pricing and commercial terms of sales agreements
* Strategic market development experience, knowledge of dealerships is preferential
* Preferably based in the Midlands (around Birmingham) / further North of the United Kingdom.
