Job Description
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
3. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with requirements.
5. Provide regular progress updates and address any issues or changes promptly.
6. Monitor quality control standards throughout all phases of construction projects.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
