Job Description
Manage employee relations cases, end to end including disciplinary, grievance, probation, appeal, and well-being cases.
Support Line Managers on the correct application of policies and procedures.
Liaise with our external legal support.
Provide monthly updates and document all procedures.
Be keen to drive improvement and ensure best service.
Qualifications
* Be CIPD qualified and have an excellent knowledge of UK employment Law.
* Previous experience as HR Generalist or HR Advisor in Hospitality.
* Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
* Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
* CIPD qualification.
* Fluent in English - spoken & written.
