Female Support Worker – Winsford
Alternative Futures Group is looking for a supportive, caring female Support Worker to work 37.5 hours per week in Winsford.
Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate, person‑centred care in a community and 24‑hour support setting.
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff, service users and families.
* Use own initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Maintain flexibility for varied shift patterns to deliver continuous support.
* Demonstrate patience, confidence and enthusiasm while caring for service users.
* Share and uphold the values of Alternative Futures Group.
Qualifications & Requirements
* No previous care training or experience required – full training will be provided.
* Willingness to learn, develop, and commit to a high standard of care.
* Good communicator and strong interpersonal skills.
* Patient, confident, and enthusiastic about caring for others.
* Ability to work flexible shifts including days, waking nights, sleep‑ins and weekends.
Working Hours & Pay
37.5 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.60 per hour.
