The Role:
Were looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Aftersales Executive to join their existing Aftersales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect perm role for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries regarding aftersales services and support
* Schedule and manage service appointments while maintaining optimal customer communication
* Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery
* Provide customers with updates and resolutions regarding their service experiences
* Promote aftersales products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
* Contribute to achieving aftersales performance targets
£30,387, OTE £45,000
Shifts are working 45 hours a week over 5 days. The client is open 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.

The Individual
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
* Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role in the automotive industry
* PreviousKeyloop experience
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational capabilities with attention to detail
* A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
* A valid driver's licence is essential
