For the Transport FTL department of our branch in London (UK), we are looking for a
Key Responsibilities
* Manage relationships with customers and transport suppliers, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency
* Oversee the Transport Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and performance targets are met
* Coordinate and lead the transport team, supporting productivity and operational excellence
* Monitor service quality, operational KPIs, and cost efficiency within the department
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
Your Profile
* Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 5 years of experience in the transport and logistics sector, preferably with a freight forwarder specialising in road transport
* Strong knowledge of road freight operations and transport planning
* Experience in team coordination and operational management
