Location: North Wales

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000

Our client is a well-established fire and security organisation, originally founded in 1974 and incorporated in 2003. The business provides comprehensive fire and security solutions across Wales and Shropshire and currently employs over 50 staff.
The company specialises in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a wide range of systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, and security barriers. They place strong emphasis
on customer satisfaction and invest heavily in in-house and industry training.
The business holds multiple third-party accreditations including NSI Gold (Fire & Intruder), BSI, NICEIC, FIRAS, CHAS, and Investors in People.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Engineer / Installer to join a growing and highly reputable organisation.
You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems across commercial and residential sites within North Wales.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation and commissioning of security systems
• Maintenance and fault-finding on existing systems
• Working on customer sites across North Wales
• Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
Systems & Experience Required
Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with:
• Intruder Alarms: Texecom
• Access Control: Paxton
• CCTV: Hikvision / Dahua
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Previously worked as a Security Engineer, Security Systems Engineer, Alarm Engineer, CCTV Engineer, Service Engineer or Field Engineer
• Minimum 5 years’ industry experience
• Confident installing and commissioning systems independently
• No formal qualifications required – practical competence is key
• Based in, or willing to cover, the North Wales region
