We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial & Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in the London office. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our London Branch in our Commercial or Corporate Team as a Client Advisor. This is the perfect role for someone with a strong background in commercial or corporate insurance account handling looking to join an established, market‑leading insurance broker.

Responsibilities
* Be present and collaborative with Marsh Client Executives and wider service team regarding placement strategy for insurance renewals
* Request and review underwriting information on behalf of C&C clients and understand their requirements
* Prepare and submit accurate market presentations and slips in consultation with the Client Executives and the Placement Team
* Utilize Marsh online trading systems to collate and negotiate renewal terms with existing and prospective insurers
* Collaborate with Client Executives and Placement Teams to prepare client reports for renewals
* Produce and/or request insurer documentation
* Strive to assist branch New Business and Expanded Services targets
* Manage all day‑to‑day queries, renewals, amendments and mid‑term adjustments
* Serve as a client contact for day‑to‑day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience
* Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best‑in‑class service and drive growth
Qualifications
* Commercial insurance knowledge across a broad range of products or experience within other areas of insurance (particularly Property & Casualty)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
* A good awareness of clients’ business, their business issues, insurance programmes and service plans
* Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
* Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities

* Cert CII qualified and working towards ACII is desirable
