Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, sensors, DCS) and identify gaps in integration and performance.
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis focusing on Red Zone management (downtime, bottlenecks, etc.).
Propose technology and process improvement solutions.
Work with stakeholders across IT, operations, and engineering.
Develop implementation roadmaps, KPIs, and reporting documentation.
Qualifications:
~ Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field.
~5+ years of experience in OT system assessment and shop floor optimization.
~ Expertise in MES, ERP, SCADA, Lean/Six Sigma, and Red Zone resolution.
~ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
