Senior Quantity Surveyor - South West

Join a growing contractor delivering residential, student accommodation and commercial fit-out schemes - including Cat A/B and cut & carve projects - and manage both internal and external packages on builds up to £10m.
If you've got the all-round experience to handle every stage of a project, this is your chance to lead from the front, with the opportunity to mentor and support junior team members as the business grows.
What You'll Be Doing
* Taking commercial control of projects from inception to completion
* Managing both internal and external packages
* Leading procurement, cost planning and contract administration
* Liaising with site teams, clients and subcontractors
* Monitoring budgets, valuations and variations
* Mentoring junior colleagues and sharing best practice
* Visiting sites across the region (paid travel)

What We're Looking For
* Main contractor or developer background
* Proven experience managing projects start-to-finish
* Knowledge of internal and external works
* Ability to handle smaller, high-impact projects (up to £10m)
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
