We are seeking an experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction to a Clinical Psychology Department supporting children and young people with complex needs. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, evidence-based psychological outcomes, developing a robust clinical service, and leading a multidisciplinary team to exceed best-practice standards. This role includes responsibility for clinical governance, staff development, service quality, and resource management.
