The successful candidate will become the 'face' of BBX in the region and will build a sales team of up to 4 Business Development Managers (BDMs). Your responsibilities include presenting to business owners/directors via phone, Zoom, or face-to-face meetings, demonstrating how our BBX platform can deliver guaranteed growth, improved cash flow, and increased profits. Key skills required include:
1. Ability and eagerness to lead from the front
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
3. Understanding of business principles
4. Eagerness to learn and excel
We offer comprehensive initial and ongoing training, a positive team-oriented environment, and an uncapped commission-based remuneration package with OTE exceeding £150k, including commissions from personal and team sales.
