 
        
        Temporary Part-time Facilities & Office Manager

If yes, Bidwells are looking for an experienced Facilities & Office Manager to join our Oxford office on a temporary basis initially.
This position is office-based and requires approximately 20 hours per week. This can be structured as 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday, ideally between 10:00am and 1:00pm, or alternatively, across three longer days – we are committed to supporting a working arrangement that is flexible and aligns with your individual needs and preferences.
What you’ll be doing:
 * Address Office Risk Assessments (Fire, Health and Safety and Environmental incl’ DSE) and Environmental aspects register and Audit Programme in conjunction with the ‘H&S Auditor/Premises Advisor’.
 * Suppliers and facilities contractors (including caterers): selection (from/add to Contractor list), appointment, direction, management, oversight and renewal including H&S and Modern Slavery Act compliance.
 * Maintain and review Facilities records, inspection/testing/drills, and action schedule.
 * Maintain the health and safety file/complete the audit form. Complete and return quarterly reports to compliance raising any queries with the ROP.
 * Be a point of contact for, and assist the Head of Office with coordinating internal and external regional audits and assessments including 'Dawn Raids'.
 * Ensure corporate standards and best practice is adhered to at all times.
 * Comply with Bidwells policies and procedures.
About you
 * Previous experience within Office Management/Facilities or in a similar position
 * Competent user of Microsoft Office Packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
 * Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
 * Good team player but also able to use own initiative to work independently
 * Work well under pressure, ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
 * Strong organisation skills; manage conflicting demands and requirements of various members of the team
 * Ability to work in a team environment
 * Able to work proactively as well as reactively
