Role Summary and Impact – As an Analytics Manager, you will be a key contributor within our Data & Tech team, directly supporting Planning, activation teams and clients. You will translate data into actionable insights that drive client success, foster strong relationships with internal teams and clients, and ensure the quality and impact of analytics deliverables. You will collaborate with a team of analysts to deliver high-quality, actionable insights that fuel client success and business growth. This is a role that requires strong analytical expertise, collaboration, and effective client-facing skills. You will be a key point of contact to connect internal stakeholders and clients with the power of analytics and data-driven decisions across the business.
You will bring deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, and other web technologies, acting as the voice of analytics across the agency and championing our services.
Responsibilities
* Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Be a core member of the Data & Tech team, provide guidance and support to colleagues, manage your workload, and help junior team members prioritise and grow.
* Strategic Client Engagement & Project Delivery: Act as the primary point of contact, build strong client relationships, lead client calls, and deliver data-driven solutions that meet objectives while aiming to exceed expectations. Communicate platform changes and provide training as needed. Present findings to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Ensure deliverables are accurate and actionable, and oversee timelines, budgets, and scope.
* Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with agency teams to support project delivery, promote web analytics capabilities, and share insights to strengthen client analysis.
* Technical Expertise & Innovation: Develop and maintain robust analytics tracking setups, serve as a subject-matter expert in Web Analytics, identify opportunities for improvements, stay ahead of industry changes, and propose innovative technologies.
* Dashboards & Data Visualization: Create and manage dashboards to measure web analytics and media data aligned with client objectives.
* Business Development & Commercial Contribution: Support new business opportunities with analytical insights, contribute to proposals, and educate stakeholders on analytics capabilities to drive growth and data literacy.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to integrate analytics insights into digital strategies and represent the web analytics team in agency initiatives.
Skills And Experience
* Core Analytics Tools: Advanced skills with Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and other analytics platforms.
* Tag Management: Experience with tag management technologies (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
* Data Interpretation: Strong interpretation and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
* Numerical & Detail-Oriented: Excellent MS Excel, strong numerical ability, and attention to detail.
* Project Management: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage projects effectively.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
* Technical Desirables: Knowledge of JavaScript, BigQuery SQL, Python.
* Industry Understanding (Desirable): Understanding of digital marketing and ad operations.
* Proactive Mindset: Passion for working with data and willingness to learn and explore beyond the brief.
