What you'll be doing:
Organising and supervising the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Managing resources efficiently, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and service, and ensuring quality standards are met.

* Strategic management and guidance of the team
* Previous contract catering experience
* Effective communication and motivation of staff
* Responsibility for food safety and health & safety procedures
* Regular communication with the client
* Implementing action plans from customer feedback
* Promoting the unit and representing Compass Group
* Managing stakeholders and ensuring service standards
* Identifying opportunities for service enhancement
* Bringing innovation and flair
* Monitoring budgets and trends, taking corrective actions as needed
* Delivering customer requirements to expectations
