Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk/Accounts Assistant

Up to £28,000 per annum, pro rata
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. They are looking to appoint a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a part-time basis, this role would be temp to perm for the right person.
This is a varied and hands-on role involving purchase ledger duties, general accounts support, and wider administrative tasks. Experience with Sage 200 would be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Processing purchase invoices and managing supplier queries
Supporting finance tasks including data entry, reconciliations and reporting
Assisting with internal paperwork, filing and general admin duties
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring good financial housekeeping
Communicating effectively with colleagues and reporting to management
Following company procedures and contributing to a tidy, compliant working environment
