The Role
1. Work to product specification, to ensure consistency and high quality for each dish
2. Working with the Chef Team to produce high quality, fresh food to our high standard
3. Maintaining all food hygiene processes and procedures
4. Adhere to all kitchen and food safety requirements, including allergens
The person
1. Experience working in a high volume, fast paced kitchen
2. Experience in a similar role
3. Great communication skills
4. Able to work as part of a team
5. Understand and adhere to all food safety measures
