CIPD Tutor (25/234) WEF 1st March 2026: £34,710 - £40,919 FTE (£24,390.81 - £28,753.89 pro rata per annum) 26 hours per week Permanent Location: East Riding College, Beverley East Riding College is part of the TEC Partnership, which is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CIPD Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching on our CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate and Level 5 Associate Diploma programmes. You will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and progress in their HR careers. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive sessions in line with CIPD standards Provide academic and pastoral support to learners Assess coursework and provide constructive feedback Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance Maintain accurate records and support learners through to successful completion About You: Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above (Level 7 desirable) Hold an active CIPD membership at associate level or above Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one Experience teaching or training in HR or L&D settings Strong knowledge of current HR practices and CIPD frameworks Excellent communication and organisational skills A passion for education and learner success What we offer In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you access to a wide range of Group benefits, such as.
