As an Associate, you'll work with a wide variety of clients across sectors including financial services, energy, tech, life sciences and government.
The role covers both contentious and non-contentious matters, from day-to-day HR advisory work and tribunal litigation to complex restructuring, TUPE and industrial relations.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with L500-recognised Partners and be part of a close-knit, supportive team where personal growth and development are genuinely prioritised.
Your Experience
* 2+ PQE Solicitor with relevant Employment Law experience
* A balanced experience of both contentious and advisory work (or a desire to grow in both areas)
* Excellent client-handling skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships
* A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
* A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development
