AstheLogistics Administrator,youwillcoordinatethedailydespatchlist,liaisewiththeProductionandWarehouseTeamsreviewinganydeliveryissuestoensureourcustomersarekeptinformedandtransportorganised.Thisisabusyandvariedrole,youmustbeabletoworktodeadlines,bewellorganisedwiththeabilityto'juggleandprioritisetasks.
KeyResponsibilities
1. Responsiblefortheday-to-dayorganizationofcollectionsanddeliveriesviamultidropcourieranddedicatedcouriers
2. Maintainclosecommunicationviaemailandphonewithourclientstoarrangeandagreeshipmentofgoods.
3. Updateandmaintaintheprojectplanningsoftware
4. WorkcloselyalongsidecolleaguesincludingProjectmanagersandGoodsOut
5. ToassistintheWorkshopareawiththeorganisationofdespatchinggoodsasandwhenrequired.
6. LiaisewithourcustomersyouwillpredominatelybeofficebasedbutwillalsoberequiredtospendtimeintheWorkshopareahelpingwiththeorganisationofdespatchinggoods.
