POSITION:Order Co-ordinator

REPORTS TO:Installation Manager
PURPOSE OF ROLE
* Ensure all orders are completed, installed and customers are kept up to date during the order process. All tasks are kept up to date and to rectify any installation/order queries.
KEY TASKS
1. Maintain constant communication with customers when arranging system installations. Monitor network services transfers/installs.
2. Monitor timely resolution of all orders
3. Verify that all initial paperwork received is correct and complete.
4. Commence the Installation procedure and liaise with all relevant 3rd parties
