Oracle Data Analyst - Remote - 6 months contract, extendable
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Analyst, specialising in HR data and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), to support a pre-migration data analysis project.
The successful candidate will work within a project team to manage and analyse large HR data sets in preparation for a future cloud migration.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in HR/IT project environments
* Strong expertise in Oracle EBS (HR modules preferred)
* Proficient in SQL, Excel, and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large, complex data sets
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
Project Context:
This is a pre-migration analytics role supporting a future move to a frozen cloud platform. The objective is to analyse and assess HR data readiness ahead of the formal migration phase.
