We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Strategic Advisory team as a Consultant, based from our Leeds office. You’ll be reporting to a Principal Consultant and be at the heart of projects that shape the future of healthcare, working alongside talented colleagues to deliver high impact consultancy for our clients.
This is a hybrid role – you’ll attend our Leeds office at least twice a week, with flexibility to work from home and visit client sites when needed.
Key Responsibilities
To thrive in this role, you’ll be involved in:
* Delivering strategic advice on healthcare projects.
* Engaging with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions.
* Supporting project delivery, including scope, planning and execution.
* Communicating complex information clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
* Demonstrable experience in consultancy, NHS (clinical or non-clinical) or public sector.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
* Analytical, numerate, and IT literate (Microsoft suite; MS Project desirable).
* A proactive, flexible, motivated approach with commitment to professional development.
* Confidence working with stakeholders and building client relationships.
* Positive, customer‑focused mindset and ability to deliver high‑quality work to tight deadlines.
