The role will involve supporting the new supported internship which helps students from the mainstream college with secure paid work. This role includes supporting students within the workplace as well as working with the wider job coach team on FELS work experience. Experience of having worked with young people is essential, ideally with those who have additional special needs. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, good IT skills and a good general education including Maths and English GCSE. In addition, you need to be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can engage with FE students to ensure that they reach their full potential.
