This hands-on Senior Support Engineer role sits within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supporting a diverse range of client infrastructures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid setups. You’ll take ownership of 3rd-line escalations, complex troubleshooting, and the maintenance of systems spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, Citrix, VMware, and advanced networking. It’s a client-facing role that requires solid technical depth, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive incidents through to resolution with confidence and accountability.
