Role Overview
As a Management Graduate, you’ll rotate through key areas of the business, taking on real responsibility from day one. You’ll support operational performance, lead small improvement projects, and work closely with senior leaders to understand how a modern manufacturing organisation operates end‑to‑end.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operational performance across production, quality, engineering, and supply chain.
* Analyse data, prepare KPI reports, and contribute to performance reviews.
* Lead small projects focused on process improvement, efficiency, and problem‑solving.
* Participate in Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
* Work with cross‑functional teams to understand workflow, planning, and customer requirements.
* Support people‑leadership activities such as team briefings, shift coordination, and resource planning.
* Contribute ideas, challenge the status quo, and help drive positive change.
About You
* A recent graduate (or graduating this year) in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Strong communicator with confidence working across teams and levels.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insight into action.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how a manufacturing business operates.
* Comfortable in fast‑paced, hands‑on environments.
* A natural problem‑solver with ambition to progress into leadership roles.
