The ideal candidate will lead the organization's business development activities and drive sales, playing a key role in generating new business and managing marketing and customer service activities.
Responsibilities
* Prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within the UK market;
* Develop business and regulatory plans for the UK and achieve operational objectives;
* Identify opportunities from marketing leads, communicate, and manage local partners;
* Report market information to headquarters timely;
* Collaborate with departments to establish operational processes in the UK;
* Build brand awareness of the company and its products in the UK;
* Provide excellent customer service and prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills
* At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD products;
* BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
* Good knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international experience preferred;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Strategic and creative thinking with operational excellence;
* Energetic and motivated to find new business opportunities quickly;
* Familiar with selling imported products in Europe;
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
