Roster Team Manager | Crewe/Ferrybridge | Up to £42,000
A strong and decisive leader is required to join a leading UK freight operator as a Roster Team Manager to take charge of rostering operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role is vital in shaping workforce planning, maintaining regulatory adherence, and driving operational success.
You will play a key role in optimising rostering processes, providing strategic oversight, and ensuring seamless coordination with trade unions and senior stakeholders. Candidate Essentials
Strong people management skills (Essential)
Experience in rostering, ideally with experience in compliance with terms and conditions and external governing bodies (Essential)
Ability to assert themselves and manage upwards, including interactions with trade unions and senior leaders (Essential)
Competence in using Outlook and Excel for data extraction and analysis (Essential)
