We are the drivers of change.#LI-HybridThis is the jobWe’re looking for a data-driven and collaborative Senior Digital Analyst to join our Group Data & Analytics team. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital strategy by delivering actionable insights across our web and mobile platforms. Working closely with stakeholders across digital, product, marketing, and data, you’ll help optimise customer journeys and drive performance improvements.What will I be doing?Analyse and optimise key digital journeys using tools like GA4 or Adobe Analytics.Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and visualisations for stakeholders.Lead on data capture, tagging, and reporting improvements across platforms.Identify growth and efficiency opportunities through proactive analysis.Support and mentor junior analysts, promoting best practices and innovation.Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, data-informed recommendations.What do I need?Experienced in digital analytics, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in SQL (ideally within Google BigQuery), with experience in advanced query techniques.Hands-on experience with web and app analytics tools (GA4 preferred, Adobe also valuable).Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.Solid understanding of digital data structures, user behaviour, and CRO principles.Experience developing both ad-hoc and automated reporting to inform business decisions.Additional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
