We are recruiting a Regional Nurse Manager to become the Registered Manager for a complex care provider (supporting children and adults with complex needs such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators) in the South East. The role is based in Sussex with travel to the other regions - Essex and Hampshire.
You will be responsible for leading the teams in Essex, Sussex, and Hampshire, including the Nurse Managers and Nurses as well as Field Care Supervisors and Healthcare Community Support Workers, ensuring compliance with regulatory CQC standards, fostering a culture of empathy and professionalism in line with Company values.
About you
* You will be a Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN.
* Level 5 Leadership and Management Qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
* Previous experience of providing community-based care, ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators.
* You will have experience working as a Registered Manager or strong operational/leadership experience and organizational skills, including experience with clinical governance, CQC, safeguarding, and quality.
* You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
