About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join our team in Maldon on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for immediate work in a supportive and structured production environment. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assembling and unboxing products
Building keyboards, keypads, and audio pads
Following set processes and instructions to assemble components accurately
Preparing and checking finished items
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working efficiently to meet production targets
Working Hours
The working schedule alternates weekly:
Week 1: Monday to Friday
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm
Week 2: Monday to Thursday
7:30am - 4:30pm
Candidate Requirements
No experience necessary - full training provided
Reliable and punctual
Able to follow instructions and work to set processes
Comfortable working a consistent weekday schedule
