Youll be the friendly face for visitors, the organiser behind the scenes, and a key player in keeping our stock, deliveries, and events running smoothly. From admin and purchasing to packing, dispatch, and event support, no two days are the same and youll have the chance to make a real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calls, visitors, and incoming/outgoing post
Handle purchase orders and invoices, and liaise with suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and maintain good working relationships
Maintain stock levels, assist with stocktakes, and manage packing and dispatch of orders in the warehouse
Support online orders, transponder hire, and related customer services
Coordinate deliveries and assist with or take the lead on fulfilment operations
Assist with event preparation, bookings, and any post-event follow-up
Contribute to team coordination across both internal staff and freelance workers
Requirements
Confident using MS Word, Excel, and other IT systems
Strong communication and organisational skills
Aproactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Administration, basic accounting knowledge
