Job Title: Finance Administrator / Customer Service
Location: Warrington, WA5
Contract: 6-month temporary
Pay Rate: £14.95 per hour
About the Role
You will support the finance team with administrative tasks while providing customer service to internal and external contacts. You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices and financial documents accurately.
Respond to queries via phone and email promptly.
Update and maintain financial records and spreadsheets.
Support with data entry, filing, and document management.
Liaise with other departments to resolve payment or account queries.
Assist in preparing reports for management.
Handle confidential information in line with company policies.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in customer service and/or finance administration.
Confident with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, office hours.
