The Opportunity As a BDR at Flowbird, you’ll be on the front line of our sales engine, responsible for generating and developing new business opportunities. You’ll use your experience in B2B SaaS solution selling to engage with decision-makers and deliver qualified opportunities to our sales team. You’ll work from our Ashford HQ alongside a collaborative, high-performing team, with access to the best CRM and AI-powered tools on the market. This is a pure outbound role with no ceiling on commissions and a clearly defined path for career progression. What You’ll Do Prospect & Outreach: Identify and research new midmarket prospects across our key verticals. Perform proactive outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to drive initial engagement. Solution Selling: Conduct discovery conversations with prospects to understand business needs and challenges. Clearly communicate Flowbird’s CRM and automation value proposition to drive interest and meetings. Pipeline Development: Qualify leads rigorously and schedule meetings for the sales team. Maintain an active, healthy pipeline through structured follow-up and nurturing. Collaboration: Work closely with our senior sales consultants and CRM experts to ensure a seamless transition from discovery to sales cycle. Provide regular feedback on market trends and opportunities. Results Focus: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for outreach, qualified meetings booked, and revenue contribution. What We’re Looking For B2B Sales Experience: You have experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or technology solution selling. You know how to prospect, qualify, and generate sales opportunities. Consultative Mindset: You understand how to conduct solution-based sales conversations with business decision-makers. Driven & Self-Motivated: You’re comfortable with proactive outbound prospecting — cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach — and thrive on finding new opportunities. Excellent Communicator: You can articulate technical and business value clearly, handle objections confidently, and tailor your message to the audience. Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy celebrating shared success. Tech-Savvy & Coachable: You’re eager to learn new technologies. Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not essential — we provide full training. Local Presence: You live within commuting distance of Ashford, Kent and are happy to work 100% in-office with our team (no remote working).
