Responsibilities

* Collaborate across functions to ensure the seamless and compliant delivery of compassionate supply and patient access programs
Required Skills
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and analytical tools like PowerBI
* Demonstrated ability to learn and work with systems such as SAP, Concur, Veeva, SharePoint, and MS Teams
* High attention to detail with the capacity to manage complex, sensitive projects independently
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and ABPI Code of Practice (desired)
* Experience in supporting or managing patient access or compassionate supply programs
* Proven track record of driving operational improvements and process optimizations
Nice to Have Skills
* Experience with digital automation, reporting, and workflow enhancement tools
* Familiarity with audit processes and medical governance frameworks
* Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and training sessions
* Knowledge of medical strategy development and long-term operational planning
Education And Experience
* Bachelor\'s degree or higher in a scientific, pharmaceutical, or related field (Master\'s preferred)
* Several years of experience supporting or managing medical operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
* Prior involvement in patient access programs or compassionate supply initiatives
* Experience leading operational rollouts of new processes or tools in a fast-paced environment
