MABCo – Enhanced Mainstream Autism Base Coordinator – Main/Upper Scale TLR 2.2 SEN allowance Required September 2026 We are looking for a passionate teacher to coordinate and lead our Enhanced Mainstream Autism Base (EMAB). This is a specialist provision built specifically to meet the needs of 12 students with diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. The students have a bespoke curriculum taught by subject specialists and the EMAB Coordinator, therefore the ability to teach a secondary subject to GCSE is vital. You will have experience of teaching students with additional needs and will hold either the NASENCO or NPQSENCO qualification or be willing to undertake this qualification.
