An exciting opportunity to work for a mid-sized global pharmaceutical company recruiting for a Supplier Assurance Specialist to join their Global Product Quality team based in Berkshire.
Please note that this role is more of a junior position.
We are seeking a high-performing individual with around 2 years of experience in supplier audits, compliance, and GMP/GDP management systems.

Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the management and maintenance of quality systems to ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.
2. Support management of suppliers and service providers across Europe, including manufacturing, packaging, and distribution.
3. Maintain the audit schedule for contractors and suppliers based on risk assessments.
4. Perform GxP audits at partner sites, mainly within Europe.
5. Follow-up on audit reports, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and effective.
6. Develop and improve supplier management policies, standards, and procedures.
7. Participate in supplier development projects and continuous improvement activities.
8. Assist in internal and regulatory audits and inspections.
9. Maintain the Approved Supplier List and evaluate supplier performance.
10. Monitor supplier quality trends and implement appropriate actions.
11. Leverage best practices in supplier qualification and audits.
12. Ensure quality systems comply with GMP and GDP requirements.
13. Prepare GMP documentation, including SOPs and Technical Agreements.
14. Collaborate with suppliers on process development and documentation.
15. Support supplier-related changes and implementation of actions.
16. Ensure manufacturing and testing processes meet product license requirements.
17. Manage communication with suppliers regarding returned or defective products.
18. Collect and analyze data for product quality reviews and reports.
19. Maintain high attention to detail and proactively resolve issues.
20. Experience in GMP/GDP Quality Management Systems and relevant QA processes.
21. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
22. Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and meet tight deadlines.
23. Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
24. Negotiate effectively with third parties on quality processes.
