The ideal candidates should have a passion for hospitality, baking and cooking and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. As a Catering Assistant you'll play a vital role in ensuring that the day to day services and events run smoothly, providing support in food preparation, serving and maintaining high standards in food safety. Duties include: preparing and presenting of food items for service and events. serving food and drinks maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the catering area, including equipment. working as part of a team to ensure efficient service.
