We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Trainee Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our their growing team at Heathrow Airport, working on exciting infrastructure and construction projects in a high-profile environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assisting with cost estimating and tender preparation
* Supporting the commercial team with project budgeting and forecasting
* Attending site visits and helping with material take-offs
* Learning how to manage contracts, variations, and valuations
* Helping with the procurement of subcontractors and materials
* Receiving mentorship and hands-on training from experienced QS and Estimator professionals
What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine interest in construction, commercial management, or quantity surveying
* Good maths and analytical skills, with an eye for detail
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
* Working towards or recently completed a relevant qualification (e.g., BTEC, HNC, Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management)
No prior experience is required — just enthusiasm and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry.
