PE Global is recruiting a Electrical Design Engineer for our oil and gas client based in Kintore. The role is a permanent role and the salary range for this role is £56,300.00 - £75,000.00.
Responsibilities:
* Innovate, design, and develop customised, customer-centric electrical solutions using advanced CAE tools.
* Lead and execute design projects, including cost estimates, validation, and compliance documentation, ensuring delivery within budget and to client specifications.
* Provide expert technical support across departments and regions, including on-site installation, testing, and client meetings globally.
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering – ensures foundational knowledge and expertise.
* Relevant experience in electrical design within the oil and gas or related engineering industries – demonstrates ability to perform in a similar role.
* Proficiency in CAE tools and engineering documentation standards – required for daily tasks and project execution.
* Strong understanding of industry-specific standards, regulations, and best practices – ensures compliance and operational excellence.
